APULIA is a digital platform published by LesPouilles.blog, allowing travelers to access tourist information, personalized recommendations, trip planning tools, itineraries, local tips, weather information, booking services or connections with partner providers, as well as various travel assistance features.

2. Purpose

APULIA is a digital platform specializing in assisting travelers wishing to discover Puglia.

The Service notably provides access to tourist information, personalized recommendations, travel itineraries, customized stays, local tips, planning tools, weather information, interactive maps, geolocation features, favorites, as well as booking services or connections with third-party providers.

APULIA can also offer services related to accommodation, restaurants, beaches, lidos, activities, vehicle rentals, transport, flights, excursions, events, tourist services, or any other service useful for organizing a stay in Puglia.

Available features may evolve at any time to improve the Service and integrate new tools, services, or partnerships.

3. Acceptance of the T

Confirming your order implies full and complete acceptance of these T without any reservations or conditions.

4. Description of Services

  • Access to the APULIA platform according to the features included in the chosen plan.
  • Conversational assistant specialized in Puglia.
  • Personalized local tips and tourist recommendations.
  • Creation and optimization of personalized trips.
  • Suggestions for itineraries, activities, and local discoveries.
  • Search for beaches, cities, accommodation, restaurants, activities, and services.
  • Beach weather and local information.
  • Favorites management and user experience personalization.
  • Booking services or connections with partners when these features are available.
  • Regular updates, improvements, and evolutions of the Service.

5. Orders and Subscription

  • Orders are placed exclusively online via the dedicated page.

  • Your subscription is activated as soon as payment is received.

  • Access to paid features is granted for the duration of the subscribed plan.

6. Prices and Payment Terms

  • Prices are shown in euros, including VAT.

  • Secure payment by credit card and other methods offered during the order.

  • In the event of non-payment, the Provider reserves the right to suspend access to the service.

7. Right of Withdrawal

  • In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Client has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.

  • This right does not apply to services that have been fully performed with the Client’s prior consent.

8. Cancellation and Suspension

  • The Client may terminate their subscription in accordance with the terms applicable to the subscribed plan.

  • In case of violation of the GTC or fraudulent use, APULIA may suspend or terminate access to the service without prior notice.

9. Liability

  • APULIA strives to provide reliable and regularly updated information, without being able to guarantee the absolute accuracy of all content offered.

  • The Client uses the service at their own risk.

10. Personal Data

  • Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website.

  • The Client has rights of access, modification, and deletion in accordance with applicable regulations.

11. Intellectual Property

  • APULIA retains full intellectual property rights over the content, databases, software, texts, visuals, and features provided.

  • Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

  • These T are governed by Italian law.

  • Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts where the Provider’s headquarters are located.
