Purpose<\/h2><p data-start=\"695\" data-end=\"887\"><strong>APULIA<\/strong> is a digital platform specializing in assisting travelers wishing to discover Puglia.<\/p><p>The Service notably provides access to tourist information, personalized recommendations, travel itineraries, customized stays, local tips, planning tools, weather information, interactive maps, geolocation features, favorites, as well as booking services or connections with third-party providers.<\/p><p><strong>APULIA<\/strong> can also offer services related to accommodation, restaurants, beaches, lidos, activities, vehicle rentals, transport, flights, excursions, events, tourist services, or any other service useful for organizing a stay in Puglia.<\/p><p>Available features may evolve at any time to improve the Service and integrate new tools, services, or partnerships.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"889\" data-end=\"916\">3. Acceptance of the T<\/h2><p data-start=\"917\" data-end=\"1033\">Confirming your order implies full and complete acceptance of these T without any reservations or conditions.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"1035\" data-end=\"1067\">4. Description of Services<\/h2><ul data-start=\"1068\" data-end=\"1263\"><li>Access to the APULIA platform according to the features included in the chosen plan.<\/li><li>Conversational assistant specialized in Puglia.<\/li><li>Personalized local tips and tourist recommendations.<\/li><li>Creation and optimization of personalized trips.<\/li><li>Suggestions for itineraries, activities, and local discoveries.<\/li><li>Search for beaches, cities, accommodation, restaurants, activities, and services.<\/li><li>Beach weather and local information.<\/li><li>Favorites management and user experience personalization.<\/li><li>Booking services or connections with partners when these features are available.<\/li><li>Regular updates, improvements, and evolutions of the Service.<\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"1265\" data-end=\"1296\">5. Orders and Subscription<\/h2><ul data-start=\"1297\" data-end=\"1510\"><li data-start=\"1297\" data-end=\"1367\"><p data-start=\"1299\" data-end=\"1367\">Orders are placed exclusively online via the dedicated page.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1368\" data-end=\"1422\"><p data-start=\"1370\" data-end=\"1422\">Your subscription is activated as soon as payment is received.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1423\" data-end=\"1510\"><p data-start=\"1425\" data-end=\"1510\">Access to paid features is granted for the duration of the subscribed plan.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"1512\" data-end=\"1549\">6. Liability<\/h2><ul data-start=\"2273\" data-end=\"2446\"><li data-start=\"2273\" data-end=\"2388\"><p data-start=\"2275\" data-end=\"2388\">APULIA strives to provide reliable and regularly updated information, without being able to guarantee the absolute accuracy of all content offered.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2389\" data-end=\"2446\"><p data-start=\"2391\" data-end=\"2446\">The Client uses the service at their own risk.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"2448\" data-end=\"2477\">10.
